My Midori both Grey & Black already got white spot. not fungus, just the pleather coming out. can clean but will see some flakes.

i used wet white cotton bud just "Roll" on it. the white spot can be cleaned, but the cotton bud you can see black flakes. meaning the pleather coating already loose, rubbing it pushes the coat back in but also remove some of it.

but soon it will just flake off. only thing can do is remove the coat & redo with real leather like sifu.

Grey is newer than 1st black, but Grey broke earlier. Now both Black & Grey same white spot. I lazy to clean because cannot remove armor, if remove armor sure will damage more.

Last time i already use leather wax on.

I think depends where you store it. If outside will crack faster because i have the 2nd Guy (Jacky Chan guy), only use plastic bag to cover it, pleather already got soft so i sold it quick.

I also notice, Both Midori, underneath the armor, no white spot, but i believe condition same also not good anymore.

very Sad. I know the Guy & Anti Tank versions will also crack sooner later. but i hope they used better pleather than 1st & grey Midori. I hear 3rd Midori (Matte Black) uses better pleather dunno real or not.

Now i think of selling the Anti-Tank and 1 extra Panzer cop because i cannot afford keep so many broken suits.

I no skill to replace the leather like Sifu. If i got skill i will buy many Pleather suit figure and fix them up because they really cheap price.

Last time i fix the Medicom Kerberos pleather stripes already difficult. i dunno how to sew, so end up just super glue leather stripe onto armor. The shirt & face cover i just remove the pleather layer & dye the cover black...

I don't recommend use the normal Furniture Wax (e.g. 碧麗珠) for the PU leather, because this kind of wax included water, it will damage the surface of the PU leather.

Such as do not use water for cleaning.

or use the Silicon Oil (矽油), such as a spray for Airsoft gun, it is quite good for protect the PU leather, before the leather damage.

Of cause, use real leather to replace the PU is a better solution, but the real leather is expensive, e.g. an original lamb leather cost: HK$300, which is suitable for a 6th figure's clothes (softer and thinner)

i can get those factory discarded leather at cheaper price. but thickness only can find Black is thin enough.

problem is i don't have the skill to replace.

i dunno how much Silicon Oil can help protect.
